The arrangement very nice, she like very much. The only problem was it wasn't deliver, till almost 4:30 and her party was over at 6PM. The order was placed six days prior to delivery.

I screwed up delivery instructions I called the office, person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and my mistake was able to be corrected and flowers got to the place just in time refreshing to see a business make the customer feel important for a change.
